According to the actual situation of plastic pipes production industry, this series printer can print Production Date, Series No., Group No., Production Group, Counting Meter, Model No., Standard, Contact info., factory name, trade mark, etc.

It is a special printer for printing words and information on the surface of plastic cable and plastic pipes. There are three standard models according to different diameter scopes, Φ 8- <Φ 300, Φ 300-<Φ 600, and Φ 450- <Φ 1000. For special diameter range, we can do printers under special order of customers.

High precision meter counting: The speed rate between meter counting wheel and printing wheel is1: 1 so that assure a high precision meter counting tolerance of ± 3‰ .

Hot stamping type words printing makes the printed words clearly, with strong adhesive quality and long-time wearing so that it is better than Ink type printer.

All printing moulds and meter counting moulds are adopted electric heating with temperature auto-adjustment system. Therefore, the adjustment of them is very convenience and temperature control has high precision, assuring stable high quality words and information printing.
